Inventra is powered by Flux Flow CRM and is developed and operated by JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms apply to the Inventra website, mobile application, software, features, subscriptions and related services.
2. About Inventra
Inventra is a business software platform designed primarily for retail shops, stores and other businesses that require tools for managing sales, billing and related business operations.
Depending on the plan and version, Inventra may provide:
- Sales management.
- Billing and invoice generation.
- Customer management.
- Product and inventory-related records.
- Business reports and summaries.
- Transaction records.
- Other business-management features introduced from time to time.
Features may be added, modified, restricted or discontinued from time to time.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use Inventra.
If you are using Inventra on behalf of a business, organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You agree to use Inventra only for lawful business and operational purposes.
You must not use Inventra to:

- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent transactions.
- Attempt unauthorized access to Inventra or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, malware or harmful files.
- Circumvent security or access restrictions.

7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Inventra in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Service or interfere with another user's use of the Service.
Prohibited activities include unauthorized scraping, automated abuse, credential attacks, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized data extraction and attempts to bypass subscription restrictions.
8. Business Data
You may enter business information into Inventra, including sales, billing, customer, product and other operational records.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information submitted to the Service.
You must ensure that you have appropriate rights and permissions to collect, store and process information entered into Inventra.
9. Billing & Invoices
Inventra may provide tools that assist users in creating invoices, receipts, sales records and other business documents.
You are responsible for checking all information before issuing or relying upon an invoice, receipt or other document.
This includes verifying:
- Customer information.
- Product information.
- Prices and quantities.
- Discounts.
- Taxes and applicable rates.

Inventra does not guarantee that every generated document automatically satisfies every legal, accounting, GST or tax requirement applicable to your specific business.
10. Subscription & Payments
Certain Inventra features may require a paid subscription or other applicable payment.
Subscription prices, billing periods, available plans and features will be communicated through the applicable purchase or subscription interface.
You agree to provide valid payment information where payment is required.
A subscription may be activated following successful payment confirmation, subject to the applicable payment provider.
If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back or remains unpaid, Inventra may restrict or suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.
11. Refund & Cancellation
Unless expressly required by applicable law or specifically stated otherwise by Inventra, payments made for subscriptions, plans, services or digital access are non-refundable.
No refunds will generally be provided after a subscription or payment has been successfully completed.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Taxes

Users are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from business activities and transactions conducted using Inventra.
Inventra does not provide tax advice.
13. Third-Party Services
Inventra may integrate with or depend upon third-party services, APIs, payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers, analytics services and other external platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, accuracy or performance of independently operated third-party services.
14. Intellectual Property
Inventra, including its software, interface, branding, design, graphics, logos, text, features, code and other components, is owned by or licensed to JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Inventra intellectual property to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Inventra during your authorized use of the Service.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Inventra except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

You retain ownership of business information and content that you lawfully submit to Inventra, subject to the rights required for us to operate the Service.
By submitting information to Inventra, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store and display that information for the purpose of providing the Service.

16. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to Inventra but do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.
Service interruptions may result from:

- Internet connectivity problems.
- Cybersecurity incidents.

We do not guarantee that:

- The Service will always be error-free.
- Every feature will remain permanently available.
- Generated information will always be completely accurate.
- Inventra will meet every specific business requirement.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of Inventra.
This may include, to the extent permitted by law, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd. and its representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your unlawful use of Inventra.
- Your violation of another person's rights.
- Information or content submitted by you.
- Your business activities or transactions.
