Payments & Subscriptions

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our payment, subscription, cancellation and refund terms before purchasing or using Inventra.

Effective Date: 8 August 2026 · Last Updated: 8 August 2026

Important: Inventra follows a no-refund policy for completed subscription and service payments, except where a refund is required under applicable law or specifically approved by JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd.

Payments Are Generally Non-Refundable

Once a subscription or service payment has been successfully completed, the payment is generally final and non-refundable.

1. General Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions, plans, services and other paid offerings provided through Inventra.

Inventra is a software platform powered by Flux Flow CRM and developed and operated by JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd.

By purchasing a subscription or paid service, you acknowledge and agree to the payment and refund conditions described in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

No refunds are provided after a subscription or payment has been successfully completed.

This includes payments made for subscription plans, software access, upgrades, renewals, add-ons or other paid Inventra services.

Before completing a payment, customers are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, pricing, features and subscription period.

3. Subscription Payments

Inventra may offer subscription-based access to certain features or services.

Subscription payments may be made on a monthly, annual or other billing cycle depending on the plan available at the time of purchase.

Once the applicable payment has been successfully processed, the subscription becomes active according to the selected plan.

4. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future subscription renewal where cancellation functionality is available.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for the payment already made.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation generally prevents future renewal rather than reversing the current subscription payment.

5. Cancellation Before Renewal

If your subscription supports cancellation before the next billing date, you should cancel before the renewal is processed.

Where cancellation is successfully completed before a future renewal, the subscription may remain available until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Cancellation does not normally result in a refund for unused time within the already-paid subscription period.

6. Cancellation After Payment

If a customer purchases a subscription and subsequently decides not to use Inventra, the customer may not claim a refund solely because the Service was not used.

This includes situations where:

  • The customer changes their mind.
  • The customer stops using the Service.
  • The customer does not use all available features.
  • The customer does not use the subscription for the full period.
  • The customer purchased the wrong plan and subsequently wishes to change it.

7. Free Trials

If Inventra offers a free trial, the terms of the applicable trial will be communicated at the time the trial is activated.

A free trial does not guarantee eligibility for a refund after conversion to a paid subscription.

Customers should review any trial duration, renewal terms and payment requirements before activating or continuing a subscription.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the subscription may not be activated or may become subject to suspension depending on the applicable subscription terms.

Customers should contact their payment provider or Inventra Support if a payment appears to have failed but the amount was nevertheless deducted from their bank account.

9. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact Inventra Support as soon as possible.

After reviewing the transaction records, we may investigate the duplicate transaction.

Any confirmed duplicate payment may be handled appropriately, subject to verification and applicable payment-provider procedures.

10. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, contact Inventra Support immediately.

We may request transaction details, account information and reasonable verification documents to investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, you may also need to contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

11. Service Suspension

Inventra may suspend or restrict access where:

  • A subscription has expired.
  • Required payment has not been successfully received.
  • There is suspected fraudulent activity.
  • There is a security concern.
  • The user violates the Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspension is required by law or a lawful authority.

Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of the Terms & Conditions does not create a right to a refund.

12. Promotional Offers

Inventra may occasionally offer discounts, promotional pricing, coupons or special subscription offers.

Promotional offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements or validity periods.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional payments remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Third-Party Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment providers.

Such providers may have their own terms, processing rules and dispute procedures.

A payment gateway's processing fee, where applicable, may not be refundable unless required by law or the relevant provider's policy.

14. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the listed subscription or service price.

Taxes charged on a transaction may be subject to applicable tax laws and cannot necessarily be reversed simply because a customer stops using the Service.

15. Refund Exceptions

Although Inventra generally does not provide refunds after payment, an exception may apply where:

  • A refund is required by applicable law.
  • A duplicate payment is confirmed.
  • JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd. specifically approves a refund in writing.
  • A payment provider requires a transaction reversal.
Important Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same refund in another situation.

16. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on:

  • The payment method.
  • The payment gateway.
  • Banking timelines.
  • Verification requirements.
  • Other financial-institution procedures.

Inventra cannot guarantee the exact time required for a bank or payment provider to reflect an approved refund.

17. Business Data

Cancellation of a subscription may affect access to features and business information stored in Inventra.

Customers should download, export or otherwise preserve important business records before their subscription ends or an account is closed.

Data retention and deletion are also subject to the Inventra Privacy Policy.

18. Account Closure

Customers may request account closure by contacting Inventra Support.

Closing an account does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.

Certain records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

19. Changes to This Policy

JSV Tech Flux Pvt. Ltd. may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Changes may be made to reflect changes in:

  • Inventra services.
  • Subscription plans.
  • Payment methods.
  • Applicable law.
  • Business practices.

The latest version will be published on the Inventra website with the updated effective or revision date.
